Long QT syndrome: Romano-Ward syndrome; Jervell-Lange-Nielson syndrome

Long QT syndrome is an unusual condition which is poorly recognised. An individual with Long QT may develop rhythm abnormalities of their heart. These often occur in response to exercise, stress, fear or sudden noise.
