M-CMTC syndrome: Macrocephaly - Cutis Marmorata Telangiectasia Congenita syndrome

The main characteristic of the M-CMTC syndrome is cutis marmorata telangiectasia congenita, a marbled appearance of the skin which is present at birth and is due to malformation of the underlying blood vessels.
