Pallister-Hall syndrome: Ano-Cerebro-Digital syndrome; CAVE Lethality Multiplex syndrome; Cerebro-Acro-Visceral Early Lethality Multiplex syndrome; Hypothalamic Hamartoblastoma syndrome

Pallister-Hall syndrome (PHS) is a developmental disorder that was first recognised in 1980. It is rare, with about one hundred cases recognised worldwide. It usually affects only one person in a family but may be inherited in some families.
