Tuberous Sclerosis, TSC

Tuberous Sclerosis (TSC) is a complex and heterogeneous genetic disorder which may affect many of the body systems.

Tuberous Sclerosis, which literally means a swelling or enlargement and hardening of tissue, has typical manifestations which occur in the brain, skin, and kidneys. Manifestations may also affect the eye, heart, lungs and rarely other organs.
