If you are a parent and want a free print version of any of our parent guides, please contact our freephone helpline on 0808 808 3555 or

If you are a professional then we ask that you make a small payment of £1 for each of our guides. Select 'order print version' next to any parent guide that is on sale.

    • Parent carer participation: November 2016 SEND Survey

      This survey is designed to help local authorities and the Department for Education understand progress in implementing reforms to the system for supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The survey results play an important role in tailoring the support which is available to local authorities and Parent Carer Forums. They also help to identify those areas making particularly good progress, so that we can help share learning between areas. The survey closes on Friday 25 November 2016.
