From the Inca Trail trek to the India Motorcycle Challenge and The Sahara Desert Trek - there’s an amazing world out there! Come take on the challenge and raise valuable funds for us.

Date Treks take place regularly throughout the year.

Location There is a whole variety of exciting and exotic places.Treks include the Great Wall of China, Peruvian Inca Trail trek, India Motorcycle challenge, Everest Base Camp trek, Lapland - the Husky Trail challenge, the Zambezi Blast Rafting challenge and Vietnam to Cambodia Cycle challenge.

What do I have to do?
You have to choose a trip that inspires you, do any training required to ensure you are physically able to enjoy the experience, and raise the minimum fundraising requirement.

How much do I need to raise?
All participants are required to pay a non-refundable deposit directly to the event organisers. This is usually in the region of £100-£400. You then need to raise a minimum sponsorship amount - this varies depending on the trip but is usually between £1,500-£3,000. 80% of the minimum sponsorship is due 10 weeks before departure.

How will Contact a Family support me?
We will support you every step of the way, equipping you with ideas, tips and inspiration to ensure that you have little difficulty in raising the funds. The company that we use to organise the trip will support you with all the necessary practical information.
