Register to run the SOD

Location South of England Centre, Ardingly, West Sussex

The Sussex Obstacle Dash is no ordinary running race. Individuals or teams can enter and can choose from a tough 5km or 10km distance. The challenge is you must also tackle an obstacle around every 500 metres. The playground for this fun is the South of England Centre in Ardingly, West Sussex. Entries are live so get your fancy dress ideas doing overtime and join the fun.

How much is a place in the SOD? As a charity runner it is free! We just ask you promise to raise at least £50 per person to go towards the valuable work of Contact a Family.

How will Contact a Family support me? With your charity place you will receive advice and guidance on how to get fit for the run and best methods of fundraising. You will also receive a special Contact a Family running top to wear with pride on the day! Plus we will provide cheer gear for your supporters to encourage you around the course, and there's always a hose at the end of the race to shower you off!
