Celebrate the togetherness of family by running the Leeds 10k and raising valuable funds for Contact a Family as we strive to be there for all parents of disabled children.

Contact our running team on 020 7608 8731 or email fundraising@cafamily.org.uk and request your stellar fundraising pack, complete with runner t-shirt, plus plenty of cheer gear to encourage you around the course.

Start training to prepare for the big day. Contact a Family can provide you with a 10k training plan and nutritional advice.

Have fun fundraising for the only UK-wide charity providing advice, information and support to families of disabled children.
