Location City of London and will cover a section of 2012 Olympic Marathon Course

The BUPA London 10,000 is the country’s leading 10K run. Because of the run’s reputation, places fill very quickly. If you are keen to take part why not take advantage of our Guaranteed Placement Scheme.

How do I secure a guaranteed place? We ask each runner to pay a deposit of £30 (which is refundable) and pledge to raise a minimum of £150.

How will Contact a Family support me? With your guaranteed place you will receive advice and guidance on how to get fit for the run and best methods of fundraising. You will also receive a special Contact a Family running vest to wear with pride on the day! Plus we will provide cheer gear for your supporters to encourage you around the course.
