This is it - the world's biggest fundraising event! Join our Contact a Family London Marathon team and have a wonderful day soaking up the electric atmosphere of the cheering crowds and basking in the glory of running 26.2 miles, whilst knowing you have made a tremendous difference to our work with families with disabled children.

How much do I need to raise to be a Gold Bond runner?

We ask each participant for a £50 registration fee and to commit to raising £1500 minimum sponsorship.

How will Contact a Family support me?

With dedicated fundraiser support we will be on hand to offer you training and fundraising advice from the word go. We will be there on the day to cheer you on with our super cheering squad and provide cheer gear for your supporters. Plus we hold a post-race meeting point for you, your friends and family to present you with a goody bag and thank you for all your kind efforts in supporting families with disabled children.

How do I apply?
To apply to be a Gold Bond runner or for more information simply complete our London Marathon 2013 form and we will be in touch with further details.

The difference a day can make...how your money can help:

£1000 runs a workshop, covering topics such as 'Managing Challenging Behaviour', 'Transition from child to adulthood', and 'Debt management.'

£2000 maintains for a year, one of our local Volunteer Parent Representatives, themselves a parent of a disabled child, to provide advice, information, emotional support and practical advice for parents in thier local area.
