Grab your walking shoes, have fun and raise valuable funds for families with disabled children!

Walking is a wonderful way to explore the beautiful landscapes across the UK; whether it be a ramble in the countryside, a stroll along the coast or a community get-together in your local park, there is a wonderful mix of walking opportunities out there.

If you are already signed up to a walk or challenge this year, then why not use your place to walk for Contact a Family, gain sponsorship and help us to continue our work supporting the 324,000 families with disabled children we work with each year.

All of our Contact a Family walkers will receive:

• A special Contact a Family t-shirt to be worn with pride on the day!
• A fundraising pack complete with fundraising tips and paraphernalia to help you on your fundraising way
• Training and nutrition advice from the experts
• Dedicated fundraiser support always on hand with advice
