Take on 5, 10, or 30 Olympic & Paralympic sports - you decide!

Come and be a part of sporting history by experiencing five or more Olympic and Paralympic sports in 2012 – and raise money for families with disabled children! Choose your challenge from Hockey to Rowing, Sitting Volleyball to Football and make your mark as part of the mass participation legacy for the London Olympics 2012.

The Gold Challenge is a unique new charity challenge where people take on 5, 10, 20 or 30 different Olympic or Paralympic Sports, whilst raising money for Contact a Family.

You can enter as an individual or as part of a team, get together with friends, family or work colleagues to get fit, have fun and be involved in the buzz of 2012.

So sign up for the Gold Challenge today by registering here. Choose your sports and complete them at your local sports centre between now and December 2012. Remember to mention at your local club that you are participating on the Gold Challenge as some centres are offering special rates for participants!

Try new sports, such as Judo, Water Polo or Nordic Skiing and take part in the excitement of London 2012 and support the UK's only charity providing advice, information and support to the families of all disabled children.
