We can provide you counter-top merchandise such as pin badges as a way to communicate our partnership at a local level to your customers whilst also giving them the opportunity to support families with disabled children too.
A donation a simple and effective way of supporting Contact a Family and helping us ensure that our services remain free to families across the UK.
Contact a Family relies on more than money to help families across the UK with disabled children. We also require specialist knowledge and know-how that we cannot afford to buy-in. Therefore donating staff time and expertise can be an extremely effective way of supporting Contact a Family whilst also engaging staff with the partnership. This can be done through employee volunteering or secondment.
You can also support us by donating goods and products that we can use as gifts or prizes in our fundraising events.
Your employees can support Contact a Family through your payroll giving scheme. Not only is it an easy and tax effective way of giving to charity but regular monthly donations make a real difference to Contact a Family and help us plan for the future and keep our services free to families.
With payroll giving staff can donate from their gross salary. This means they receive tax relief on their donation and that for employees on a 20% tax rate we can turn £8 in to £10. At a 40% tax rate we can turn £6 in to £10.
Making families aware of our services is as much part of our work as the services themselves. You can help us spread awareness of our work by facilitating presentations to staff. You can also include information about our work on your website and in your wider communications with staff and customers.
