The Campaign is a National Registered Charity No. 1085527, established in 1994. It offers support and advice to affected people and families of affected children, and has a network of regional contact persons. Activities include operating a helpline, awareness raising and campaigning about anaphylaxis, producing a wide range of publications and educational videos, organising family fun days, meetings with expert speakers, local support groups, youth and parent workshops. It offers a membership service, which includes receipt of a newsletter three times a year, details of local events and 'product alerts' sent to warn people about inadequately labelled food relevant to their allergies. It has almost 8,000 members.
