This is a self help group, established in 1993 under the umbrella of Climb which is a National Registered Charity No. 1089588. It offers support by telephone, e-mail and letter and organises home visits where possible. It publishes a quarterly newsletter and a free information pack is available on request. A national conference is held biennially and smaller local meetings are also arranged throughout the country at varying intervals. The Group has over 500 members including professional workers from the UK and overseas.

The Network is a support organisation, established in February 1999 primarily for adults and teenagers although it can cover all ages. It offers support by letter and e-mail and contact with others with Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia. Support for research and research clinicians is a major part of AHN's work. Presentations given to medical conferences and medical study days on request. It has a website and has information available, details on request. Aims to improve treatment via liaison with clinicians, researchers, nurses, GP's, NHS, and Dept of Health and by raising awareness in society.
