The Group was originally, established in 1991 and was re-established in 1999. It offers support by telephone, letter, e-mail, internet chatroom, monthly live chats and an annual Ito family day (usually in London). It also offers links with other similarly affected families where possible. It publishes two newsletters a year with additional information available on request.
