The Association is a National Registered Charity No. 1068395, established in 1986. It offers emotional support and telephone links to other families with experience where possible. It publishes a quarterly newsletter and has a wide range of information available, details on request. The lifesite.info website hosts a chat room and message board. The Association has over 2,000 members.
