The Trust is a National Registered Charity No. 1071228, established in 1998. It offers support and information to affected people, their carers and professional workers. It has a regional Local Contact Network and participates in national and international awareness, education, research and information exchanges. It publishes a journal 'RELAY' three times per year and has a wide range of information available, details on request. The Trust responds to the needs of the estimated two million people who are affected by Peripheral Neuropathies and Neuropathic Pain in the UK. The Trust also receives many overseas enquiries.
