The Contact a Family freephone helpline is staffed by experienced advisers and is a one stop shop for parents and other family members caring for a disabled child.
We have two advice lines one for general enquiries and one for SEN enquiries.

The helpline is open Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5pm.
The helpline has access to interpreters in over 170 languages.
Parent Advisers will answer the telephone within five rings and let the caller know that they have rung Contact a Family.
Any appropriate follow up information should be posted within five working days.
Post and email enquiries will be checked the same day. We aim to respond to these enquiries within five working days.
We aim to answer 55% of our calls in to the helpline providing that we have sufficiently funded staff to do so.
