The Directory
We publish the Contact a Family Directory - the essential guide to medical conditions, disabilities and support. It contains information on hundreds of rare disorders, helping you to find out more about your child's condition. It also has information on condition support groups, where available.

The Directory is available to buy as a book on online via our website. Parents can access information on up to five different conditions for free or you can phone the helpline for a print-out.
