Children's Centre and Family Information Services

The children’s centre team aims to provide professionals working in children’s centres and family information services with the resources to help them to understand, assist and include families with disabled children.

Parents of disabled children often struggle to find information and therefore miss out on the services and help they are entitled to. This can have a detrimental affect on the whole families well being. Children’s centres and family information services can make a positive difference by helping families find out about what support is available locally and empower them to access it.
