Calling all Super Heroes!

Be a Contact a Family Super Hero and sign up to this 5k race taking place in the picturesque Greenwich Park, London. With 5,000 Super Heroes running, jogging or gently strolling through the park we're all ready for a fun packed day!

How do I register to take part in the run? Simply click here to register by completing your details and submitting your form to the event organisers Do It For Charity. Alternatively contact our Fundraising Team on 020 7608 8731 or fr@cafamily.org.uk and we will send to you a registration pack.

How much does it cost to enter the race? Registration fee is £20 and we ask each participant to aim to raise £100 minimum sponsorship to support our work with families with disabled children. Plus in this race you get a FREE Super Hero suit!

What support do I get from Contact a Family? On registering we will send to you a fundraising pack and will support you all along the way with fundraising hints and tips, online fundraising pages plus we will be there on the day to cheer you on and present you with your goody bag.
