    The Parent Carer Participation Team supports parents of disabled children to influence strategic decision making that affects them and their families. We do this through the development of parent carer forums across England. We are looking for a proactive administrator to join our friendly team and to assist in the running of the national Parent Carer Participation Programme.

    Contact a Family’s helpline supports thousands of parents each year, offering information and advice on all issues affecting their day to day lives. As a parent adviser, you will respond to telephone, email, online and social media enquiries from parents and carers on all aspects of caring for a disabled child.
