#KnowYourClaim - a roundup of our Universal Credit month

Wednesday 7th June 2017

Over the last month we've been running our #KnowYourClaim campaign to make sure that you are aware of Universal Credit, how it is likely to affect your family and to seek advice from our freephone helpline so you #KnowYourClaim.

Here's a roundup of our Universal Credit resources to help you understand the new benefit being rolled out across the country.

Universal Credit podcast series

We've made a series of Universal Credit podcasts, in which experts from our helpline explain different aspects of the benefit.

In the first, What is Universal Credit?, our parent adviser Gail explains who can claim Universal Credit and how it's being rolled out across the country.

In the second, How to claim Universal Credit, parent adviser Nikos talks about the two-part process of making a claim.

And in our final podcast, A claimant commitment, Nikos explains the requirements you must fulfil to be paid the benefit.
