You can help us improve our helpline and online services

Help us reach out to thousands more families with disabled children by giving your feedback in our online services and helpline survey.
From April-June this year, our freephone helpline supported 3,000 families looking for advice on education, benefits, getting a diagnosis and more. 230,000 people visited our social media channels and website for information on family life and relationships, children's services and medical conditions.
We want to make sure that we're giving those families the best support we can. We need you to tell us what you like about our service and what can be improved.
Our last survey
In March parents gave us great feedback on our helpline and online services:
- 99% of helpline users said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the service.
- 92% of website users said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the service.
We've achieved those positive results because you've told us how we can develop our work to best suit you.
